Welcome to Delta Robotics Inc.! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, documentation, services, content, and products (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any part of the Delta Robotics Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. User Accounts
1.1 Account Creation
Some areas of our Services (e.g., support portals, downloads, or license requests) may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
1.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Delta Robotics Inc. is not liable for any unauthorized use or breach resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
2. User-Generated Content
2.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you voluntarily submit or upload to Delta Robotics Services, including but not limited to feedback, documentation contributions, shared code, or designs (“User Content”).
2.2 License to Delta Robotics
By submitting User Content, you grant Delta Robotics Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for purposes related to product development, support, documentation, and community resources.
2.3 Content Standards
You agree not to submit any content that:
Infringes on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
Contains unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material
Includes malicious software or unauthorized data collection scripts
We reserve the right to remove or disable content that violates these terms.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Delta Robotics Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, product names, software, hardware designs, documentation, and original content on our Services are the property of Delta Robotics Inc. or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or modify our IP without express written permission, except where allowed under open-source licensing terms.
3.2 Licensing and Open-Source Components
Some content and designs are made available under non-commercial open-source licenses. You may use these files for personal, academic, and non-commercial projects in accordance with the accompanying license.
Commercial use — including resale, manufacturing, integration into a commercial product, or AI model training — requires a separate license. Contact kevin.fehr@deltaroboticsinc.com to request commercial rights.
4. Payments and Transactions
If Delta Robotics offers digital downloads, hardware products, or paid licensing options:
You agree to provide accurate payment information.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon amount.
Refunds or returns are subject to our separate Return and Refund Policy (available upon request or via a dedicated policy page).
Subscription-based services, if applicable, will be governed by their own terms and renewal conditions.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Delta Robotics is committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our Services in accordance with all applicable laws and in a manner that is respectful to others. You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to secured areas or data
Use our materials to create competitive or derivative services
Train AI models or datasets using our Services or content without permission
7. Content Moderation and Enforcement

8. AI and Automated Use Policy
Delta Robotics Inc. prohibits the use of any Licensed Material—including but not limited to designs, code, artwork, and documentation—for AI-generated outputs that are passed off as original content without clear credit to Delta Robotics Inc. You may not use AI tools to modify, reinterpret, remix, or otherwise generate content based on our work for commercial purposes unless you have received prior written permission from us.
We expressly allow web crawling, indexing, and inclusion of our public materials for SEO optimization, AI model training, or similar purposes only if the intent is to:
Improve searchability and discoverability of Delta Robotics Inc. as a source;
Accurately reflect our contributions to artificial muscle technology and soft robotics;
Help position Delta Robotics Inc. as a knowledge hub and trusted authority in the field.
However, this permission does not extend to using our work as creative raw material in commercial AI applications unless proper attribution is provided and/or commercial rights have been granted.
Violators of this policy may face permanent IP bans and/or legal action.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Warranty
All Services and content are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Delta Robotics Inc. shall not be liable for:
Direct or indirect damages
Loss of use, data, revenue, or profits
Injuries caused by the use or misuse of our designs or hardware
Reliance on any documentation or specifications provided
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities we deem harmful to the platform, our IP, or our community.

You must stop using our Services
We may retain backups or logs for compliance or legal purposes
11. Changes to These Terms

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
